Pano po ba ang gagawin ko? And paanong hindi po normal? actually kahit ako ay medyo nagtataka kahit papaano dahil angdecision made ang status pero no details or line added. same pa din na " We received your application for permanent residence on November 2011"

Amazing, sana server error lang yan. Ang tamang procedure ng ECAS kasi natin... decision made mag aappear lang yan bago e send back passport with visa. Mag e-mail ka ngayun sa VO, tell them about sa status ng ECAS mo. Yung mga from New Delhi last year same din nangyari sa kanila....nag verify sila agad at nag reply naman ang NDVO..technical error lang pala, later on na e correct ang ECAS system.

First factor, depende yan sa pag background check ng VO.... and reply ng receiver.  Sa experience ko kung indi ko tinawagan ang school ko malamang matagal MR ko buti na lang na e follow up ko ang school. ==WHAT DO U MEAN BY THIS? WRONG INFO ANG NAIBIGAY NG SCHOOL MO?

Arrow, almost 2 weeks na nag email ang VO sa school ko pero indi pa nag reply ang school ko...paano kung indi ko tumawag... indi sila mag re reply...or baka aabutin pa ng 4 weeks... or baka maka limutan na. Dahilan ng school ko bakit indi nag reply agad kasi daw 2 months pa naman bigay ng VO sa school ko mag reply. Buti tumawag ko...nag reply naman sila agad sa email ng VO, after 2 weeks started processing nako agad. Thanks God for my school and the Visa Office Manila.

Ask ko lang how did u know that they emailed your school? Did the vo office notify you about it?

 I just hope lang din it's only a glitch. I will have to email VO sa weekends pagbalik namin ng manila.I'll wait and see muna if may madagdag  din na line like what others say sa ibang thread although kahit medyo weird talaga dahil hindi naman siguro mauuna ang decision made kung wlaang details inside about the review date and that decision has been made. Pero sana talaga glitch glitch glitch lang ... If hindi ko ba nainform ang CEM about sa e-cas ko, what will happen? do they depend sa e-cas???

oo nga pala doc, how did you know bout the email to the school? office ko at HR walang natatanggap na verification calls

Nars, approximately 3 months from the day you received email from Manila visa office, some 3 weeks lang, iba less than 1 month may MR na. Mine 2 months and 13 days. Ilang days bago ma receive ang MR?

2nd, Kung yung docs na e submit natin strong, well presented with full of supporting attachment, VO indi na nag background check kaya MR mabilis.

3rd factor, if you have working experience abroad mabilis din ang MR. I know some x-abroad naka MR agad. Pero indi naman lahat.



Maraming salamat sa napakadetalye na pagsagot sa aking katanungan vineyard...ang galing naman...detailed talaga.. sana makareceive na din ako ng MR.. hihi.. Salamat talaga and hopefully mag ka visa na tayo before pa tayo abutan ng MI5 applicants.. hi hi..

guys, dumating na mga ppr ng mi1-2 kahapon.. kelan kaya ang mi3? sana magrelease din sila ng ppr for mi3 this april.. Ive notice na yun mga nag medicals last Sept-OCtober ang nagka ppr..so next in line is yung November and January,2012 (dec was already done with their PPRs).. sana sana tuloy tuloy na..

Hello.. To all who received MR,Congratulations po.stay healthy and happy para no negative elemnt sa body hehe.. Has anyone seen a refusal letter from cem specially the envelope they use? May dumating daw na sulat kahapon from embassy -- brown envelope mga 9x 4 size daw and with stamped "urgent".kakaalis lang namin on the way to nueva ecija kasi kaya hindi ko p mkikita laman ng letter. Di ako mapakali kaya naisip k mgtnong nalang dto since hndi ko magawa pabuksan ung envelope sa mga kasama namin sa bahay.

Do you anyone who was refused because of insufficient points? I just dont understand how did we pass CIO's points but dito pa sa manila kinapos.. anyone please??

Ang hirap mag tagalog dun sa March 2012 at January 2012 applicants usually indians at pakistani ang nag uusap usap... can't relate talaga... hahaha...

Just got home and finally, envelope palang i Know yun na ang refusal letter. The letter states that we did not obtain sufficient points  giving hubby's education 22pts even if he has masters. and IELTS saying that based sa IELTS score ni hubby " was a conclusive evidence of your english proficiency pursuant to subsection 79(4) of the immigration and refugee protections regulations.

Do you anyone who was refused because of insufficient points? I just dont understand how did we pass CIO's points but dito pa sa manila kinapos.. anyone please??

yah...there are cases like that...they've passed the eligibility review there in CIO, but they were not able to pass the review by manila visa office...di kau nag iisa...it's really a point to WONDER..

minsan nman yun iba is sa background check w/ the former employers na nenegative...kakabadtrip yan syempre  ...pero REDEEM yourselves..then move on...plan B,C,D,E,F,G...... sure yan one day you'll find out the reasons why it didn't went through...maybe it's not yet the right time...

Mgka timeline kasi kayo ng sis ko. From Luzon area po ba kau? Ako na tetense application sis ko. Hehehe.     Thanks....
