Unusual, wala pa PER or NER pero decision made na agad. I'm not so sure pero I think it was immanuel who posted that he has two applications on going simultaneously? Parang ganoon.

but since nakakapasok sya sa ECAS means may UCI/File no. na sya, so may be 2 apps nga meron sya

yes po.. I HAVE MY PENDING APPLICATION. MY 1ST APPLICATION WAS LAST SEPT 2007 AND I RICIV MY 1ST AOR FOR THAT APPLICATION LAST FEB 2008. NOW, USING MY 2007 E-CAS I CAN NOW SEE MY JAN 2012 APPLICATION SAYING THAT DECISION MADE. AFTER 4 YEARS OF WAITING I DECIDED TO SUBMIT ANOTHER APPLICATION MI-3 NOC 7241 AS ELECTRICIAN SO I NOW I HAVE 2 PENDING APPLICATIONS. I ASK CIC AND THEY SAID IT IS OK TO HAVE 2 APPLICATIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY. THEY JUST PROCESS IT BASED ON THE RULES AND REGULATION THE TIME I SUBMITTED MY APPLICATIONS. CIO RICIV MY 2ND APPLICATION LAST JAN 19 2012 AND THEY STARTED PROCESSING LAST MAR 1, 2012 BUT IT IS INDICATED ON MY 2007 E-CAS DECISION MADE. ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND 7 DAYS HAD PASSED AND STILL NO PER/NER.

BKA MATULAD AKO KAY DOC NA AFTER 5MONTHS NYA NAKUHA PER NYA. I KNOW GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME.

Dear ______________:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.  These instructions specify that only applicants who have work experience in certain listed occupations or applicants who have an offer of Arranged Employment and that are accompanied by the results of the principal applicant's English or French language proficiency assessment are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application. Your reference (application) number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.

X         This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your payment dated 21 Dec 2011 in the amount of 1,250.00 Canadian dollars.  Your Payment Receipt No. is ________ .  Please keep a copy of this letter for your records and quote this number on all correspondence relating to application fees or refunds.

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc).  Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents.  If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

It is important for you to learn about the steps you need to take to get your credentials and qualifications recognized in Canada.  Citizenship and Immigration Canada recommends that you review the resources on the Foreign Credentials Referral Office's website (www.credentials.gc.ca) and the Department's website (www.cic.gc.ca) for helpful information about living and finding work in Canada.  If your application will be processed through China, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan or the UK, you might receive information and an invitation letter from CIC about free in-person assistance.  In order to participate in this service you will require an invitation letter from the CIC mission which will be sent to you during the later stages of the immigration process if you are determined to be eligible for it.  You can access information about this free in-person assistance at www.newcomersuccess.ca .  Actual participation in this in-person service is not a guarantee or an indicator that your immigration application will ultimately be successful or that you will receive an immigrant visa.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.

It's really unusual coz we had 2 simultaneous applications too! Our first one was 2005 and we applied again last aug, 2011.  When we received our PER, we informed the embassy that we were withdrawing our old application and requested a refund.  After I received the refund, a month after the letter, that's the only time the E-cas status for the 2005 application changed to "withdrawn" and when you click it says "decision made".

yes, dapat pwede since they did not process your old application, I'm just not sure for your case since they put Decision Made, if that means there was processing involved.

Why don't you send an  email to the embassy and inquire about your Ecas status for your old application, ask them why it changed to "decision made" and what it means!

Hope that helps....

Need HELP and OPINIONS badly:

SITUATION:

My friend has applied for the FSW on July 2010 with a Certified Description as a Emergency Room Nurse. The application was accepted to be processed by the CIO and got his reference number for his application. Meanwhile, upon computation, he is lacking 2 points inorder to have 67 points. He tried to take the IELTS examination but got 6.5 on the Listening sub-test.

He wrote his letter to the CIO stating that he wanted to refund his payment and to withdraw his application. His application was sent back to him and the payment was refunded.

On the August 2011, he applied again for FSW having a Certified Job Description as Emergency Room Nurse but the quota has reached it cap thus, his application was sent back again to him.

Presently, he submitted his application for QSW but he got His Certified Job Description was changed from EMERGENCY ROOM NURSE that has been accepted on his first application to FSW to SCHOOL NURSE.

Would that be possible?

Changing your Certified Job Description? Aren't the Canadian Immigration kept their copies of the application that was accepted for processing even if they are withdrawn?

What if his application was accepted by the QSW will it provide problem along the process?

Thank you for your HELP and OPINIONS in advance, he keeps on asking me but I personally don't know what to tell him.

Seems like no one have heard yet from CEM. 2 or more persons though from NDVO got their passports with Visa and MR today.Hopefully it's a sign that they'll resume MI3 applications soon.

Hi There, I am MI3 applicant from Manila VO . I know that MVO has been fairly quiet this March wrt MI3 applicants. I know ( read other forums ) some MI2 applicants getting their Visas and some MI1 get MR requests but not much traction with MI3 particularly.

The last PPR request I heard from an MI3 applicatn was 2nd Feb 2012. After that , I dont think we have seen any movement .

Others , please comment if  you have noticed something different.

GOD BLESS
