Last month we had to update the CEM our status and we are being asked to submit updated forms. Included is Additional Family Background info for the principal and depndnt, I just realized that my youngest brother's birthdate is incorrect;must be the secretaries from the agency who did the forms gave us the wrong form as we asked them to re-do for the same error..
The month and day typed is my father's. I will have to correct it of course for the reason If God permits and we'll have the visa, I won't be able to sponsor him because of the wrong date provided in the form. DO we need to provide an explanation and attach my brother's birth certificate or just correct it then mention in the covering letter about the change in date?
My husband is the primary applicant.

hi, agencies really gives a lot of applicants headaches..you pay pero may mga mistakes sila..sayang ang binabayad..i mean hindi cheap ang service ah... anyway it will not cause that much impact, just send your new form with the correct details, add a letter of explanation and just a photocopy of your brother's birth certificate... hello po. ask ko lang po kung meron kayo kilala na same status as mine ksi po I applied last Jan12 and CIO received my full applicaiton last Jan18 2012. But til now i havnt riciv any PER or NER from CIO. Pls enlighten me. Is there any same case out there? thnx mga kababayan. NOC 7241 |

Give it until late March to mid April. I received my PER almost 3 months after the date it was received in Sydney, NS. |
