Ministerial Instruction 1 (MI-1)
MI-1 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from Feb 28, 2008 to June 25, 2010. Applicants under this batch are those with at least one year experience in of the 38 high demand occupations. For the last two weeks, we received several notices (Medical Instructions, Passport Requests and Visas) from the Visa Office for this batch. Medical Instructions were issued to cases filed on March 25, 2011 (documents submitted to Visa Office after CIO assessment).

Ministerial Instruction 2 (MI-2)
MI-2 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from June 26, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Applicants under this batch are those with at least one year experience in any of the 29 in-demand occupations and were promised 6-12 months processing period.  All MI-2 applications now have assessment result.  The latest who received Medical Examination requests under this group are those filed to CIO dated June 17, 2011.- ppr nalang din sa mga mi2 ang inaantay.
Ministerial Instruction 3 (MI-3)
MI-3 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from July 1, 2011 until the 10,000 cap was reached few days ago.  CIO is no longer accepting new applications under Federal Skilled Workers program, except those with AEO or currently in Canada under a PhD program.

For this batch the latest assessment notice we have received so far are for those filed March 30, 2012. The latest application which received Medical Instruction was application filed December 15, 2011.- tagal talaga ng processing ng mi3..

If this is accurate then it is permissible to assume that most MI2 applicants are, at least, in the MR phase already. Though it does not say for certain if this applies to CEM or all the visa offices collectively. I just hope they finally fulfill the unfinished tasks with the MI2 batch so the focus can be shifted to MI3. Sana 'pag may MR na lahat ng MI2 sabay na na PPRs ng batches.

though i sound selfish, dapat nga priority ang MI3 at ang MI2 ang paambon ambon ang bigay.. 

tapos, after ng majority ng MI3 maprocess di ifullblast nila ang bigay sa MI2.. ganun ang nangyayari sa other Visa Office..

guys gud pm,grabe ang agency ko last tuesday tumawag ako asking kung my update na medical form na binalik sa CEM,ang sagot sakin we will just inform you kung my update na,tapos kanina nag email ako na i will write a letter to CEM to ask for the progress of our med form,biglang nag email sila na monday pa daw sa kanila yung form namin,grabe...buti nalang meron tong forum, which gives me ideas/alternatives and not just believe on what my agency has to say,hayyy...thanks guys,

if I may ask, anung nangyari sa medical mo? kasi may problem din ung medical ng husband ko-being the principal applicant. Nawawala kasi, at wala parin kaming update or advise from agent, CEM or kung kanino man

hello ung medical form kc ng partner ko  mali ang nakalagay na name pero tama daw ung picture, according to my agent pero dko na verify dahil dko nakita ung form,bale ako ang principal applicant,ok naman ung form ko.Binalik ng agency sa CEM tpos nag attach ng scanned pasport ng partner ko.Di ako ina update ng agency kaya I sent an email sa CEM and ung main ofis ng agency ko sa manila, tpos ininform nga ako na dumating na pla ung revised med form s baguio last Monday pa. Through phone call ba sa CEM ay pwede? Nandito kasi kaming mag-anak sa Saudi Arabia kaya kumuha kami ng agent. Tapos nga 2 months after we did medical, nag-email and CEM na hindi nila natanggap ung medical result ng husband ko, ung sa aming mag-iina lang. After that humingi sila ng info about the DMP namin..nag-reply na kami pero 3 weeks na wala paring response or any update...nakakapraning maghintay sa totoo lang tapos mabnalitaan pang nawawala ung document namin... Gusto na talaga naming tumawag directly sa embassy para mag-follow up...pwede kaya un?

cic agency ka ba sis? onga grabe sila.. after 3 months nalang nga ulit ako nagtanong sakanila ng update. pinagalitan pa ako. sabi pa. iniinform naman namin kung may mga update at kung anu anu pang sinasabing mga mali mali.hindi nila alam ang mga cases ng clients nila. stressed na nga ang clients nila, papagalitan pa. to think na almost 80k ang binayad sakanila. okay lng naman sana, kaso sana un approach nila sa clients nila eh un desente nmn. noong una nga, mali mali tinype nla sa papers ko. buti nlng nacheck ko last minute,kasi kung hindi, baka nagkulang na ako sa points.. we should really not rely on them.. kasi they are just after our money.

hello, what I know is di pwede ang phone call. I went over sa pinadala ng CEM na notive during file transfer, walang tel. no, naka indicate lang dun ung email at talagang adress nla. If you have a friend cguro sa Metro Manila area, paki usapan mo nalng to drop a query, if not. Try mo muna mag email. At least CEM had asked you of your DMP, bka tine trace na nla or hopefully nahanap na. Godbless

yup sis, CIC pero provincial branch nla, so far dpa naman nla aku pinagalitanaman ,  un lang pareho dn na cnbihan ako na pag my update is inform naman daw ako agad, which is d naman nangyari, at medyo maingat naman cla, un nga lang parang mas knowledgeable pa tayo sa kanila..Mukhang ako ang dapat magalit dahil napakatagal na pala nung form namin sa kanila. Sis what are d additional docs needed? pasport size pic,nbi tapos nakalagay na for visa canada, and anu nakalagay sa draft sis, mahirap na mag rely sa agency, baka pagdating ko dun at dala ko mga pinapa submit nla sabihan na naman akong mali hehe..

expected lang kasi na kung anu ang nasa with in the timeline,eh un yung priority. just like what happened last year sa mi2, mas inuna sila sa mi1. tapos un mga late nagapply, maeextend din ang timeline nila kasi late sila. pero dito sa mi3. sa ndvo, inuna matapos ang mi3. dito lang sa cem ang wala ng ginagawa masyado sa mi3.

  update ko lang po un sakin, nag snail mail vo sakin asking me to send additonal documents like updated nbi and proof of funds and history of it, in the proof of fund they inform me that i should not include air fare, medical and other expenses... i recieved the letter two days ago pero nakasulat po is may 23,2012 nila ginagawa un sulat...

nung friday agad ko inasikaso un mga request nila and hopefully next week id be able to send it to them.
