it is quite saddening that my application almost got rejected, I received a letter from CEM and the Visa Officer has considered my application under the inadmissible class.. 

a. The VO note that I declared working hours of 24-40 hrs per week at _____ Colleges however specific information regard ing my working hours has not been provided.

b. The Visa officer has concerns that I misrepresented (manipulated) my duties and experience in order to be found eligible under the MI3. In addition, the VO is not satisfied that I have at least 1 yr of continuous full time employment experience, or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment as a nurse. this leads the VO to conclude that I may come within inadmissible class of persons described in Immigration act. Before the VO make a decision on wether you are inadmissible, the officer is giving me opportunity to send additional docs to addressed their concerns. I am given 30 days to submit documentary evidence to support my declared work experience like:
 
1. SSS records : complete contribution in all employments, employment history, member static information.. My concern is my employment history, ndi q dineclare ung employment q sa makati med as probationary, ng AWOL kc aq after 3 mos q dun.. ndi aq mkakakuha ng contract at employment certi kaya di q na declare..

2. faculty loading sheets from ____ College, where i worked as CI from Aug 2006-Mar 2011..

3. Any other documents to support the number of hours worked per week at _____ colleges.

4. Any other docs to support your employment as a nurse..


i have given 30 days from the date of the letter, Dec 15 2011, i received it Dec 28.. Holiday pa nman ngayon, walang pasok, sarado ang school..

Hi guys,

Got my medical request today..it was sent on Dec 15..additional line on Dec 12 ("We started processing..). It took 15 days for philpost to send it to my place here in Antipolo..

To those na nakapagpamedical, nagpaapointment pa ba kyo and how many days para malaman yung result kung need ng additional medical exams. I will go out of the country kse kaya I need to know the usual timeline para malaman ko kelan ako magpapamedical. Thank you.

  Im sorry to hear about this result on your application..Im actually waiting for you to post that you also got your Medical result since we have the same timeline...ask ko lang is it because your a Clinical Instructor experience kaya ganito ang result ng background check? I see na they just need a detailed employment history. I think since hindi mo naman nadeclare yung Makati Medical, wag mo na lang ideclare just to have a hospital based experience kasi baka mas maging negative yun kasi hindi mo initially nadeclare. Kaya mo pa maayos yan tutal may pasok naman sa January 2..though hindi ko lang alam ang mga schools then drop it personally sa drop box ng Canadian Embassy sa Makati 3 days before your deadline para sure na may makakakuha..Lets hope and pray that we can all go to Canada together..Don't worry we all have our trials with this application..

  Yup Dec 15 and date ng MR ko so it means since Dec 12 ang ecas status ko na "We started processing.." it just took them 3 days to decide to release my MR..mukhang pag naglabas na sila ng 2nd line sa e-cas tapos na ang background check at nakapagdecide na ang visa officer whether to give MR or not..I plan to have my medical on January 16..will get fit and healthy muna.. I hope yours will be received by 1st week of January.

puede ba pakiusapan ung sss na wag iinclude ung makati med sa employment history at actual contributions? nbabaliw na aq kakaisip kung anu ang ipapasa qng proof to support my RN duties and responsibilities while supervising students in clinical duty.. puede kaya ung case study or NCPs?  tapos ung clinical rotation evaluation tool..?

yep sis..dito ako sa naga city..grabe parang halimbawa january un padala sakin ng CNO ng letter..they just gave me 60 days to send all the required docs..tapos nareceived ko after 55 days..almost 2 months ang philpost kabagal dito..kaya I faxed them right away..tapos ayun..they immediately extend me naman another 1month to send those docs..saan ka nakatira sis?

ah so nareceived mo pala nun wednesday pa?

puede ba pakiusapan ung sss na wag iinclude ung makati med sa employment history at actual contributions? nbabaliw na aq kakaisip kung anu ang ipapasa qng proof to support my RN duties and responsibilities while supervising students in clinical duty.. puede kaya ung case study or NCPs?  tapos ung clinical rotation evaluation tool..? 

wala kasi akong sss..pero yung sa gsis and pagibig..dire direcho nila pnprint yun entire service mo..no cut offs..pero wala naman atang nakalagay na employer..yun remittances lang..sss ka naman..so private..dba pwede yatang maghulog sa sss kahit d ka employed?kahit self employed..pwede mo parin pagpatuloy yun sss contributions mo..im not sure lang sis..kasi di ako private..

hi sis..yun din nga iniisip ko..kasi ako dec 15 daw sila we started processing..pero nun nag check ako nun dec 15 till dec18 eh wala pa yun 2nd line ecas ko..everyday ko naman check yun..tapos nun hapon ata ng dec 18 or 19 saka nagkaron ng second line na we started processing..sana nga na once naglagay sila ng second line e tapos na ang background check..saan ka sis magpapa medical?

sana nga 1st wk of january meron na..super avoid na nga ako sa fatty foods..d ko na enjoy ang noche buena and all..tapos fern C rin ako everyday..thanks

As jiji had said..baka hindi naman nakalagay kung san galing yung contributions and if ever siguro wag mo na lang isama yung document na nakaindicate year na nagwork ka sa makati medical, lets just hope and pray na hindi nila icheck, sabi nga "lets wait na sila ang humingi regarding that" pero knowing what happened on your application, they really do good background check sa NOC experience na inapply mo, wag mo na isipin na bumilis ang processing mo, isipin mo na lang na pumasa ang papers mo for now..decide what you think is the right way..kaya mo yan..trials will make "VISA" more fruitful..

Wait mo na lang by 1st week of January..they send it tlga by snail mail on a short brown envelope..I plan to go sa Nationwide kasi mukhang strict sa St. Lukes...though lahat naman mukhang may look sa "behind" tlga hehe..marami silang DMP so in case nasa province ka (Baguio, Cebu and Davao) pwede ka magpamedical..
