I have got two times TRV  visited canada in 2009 and 2010.

As we were in the process of changing My Wife's maiden name to Married name so both the time I have provide my wife names as Married name in personal information form (PIF).

But now she  would like to continue her maiden name only. Her passport also has maiden name and My name is included in her passport as spouse name

I want to apply for work permit this time and and My wife needs dependant visa as well

So i have following doubt

1) Would consulate will cross verify my PIF details from what I filled last time

2) If so Will this can be an issue to disqualify for work permit , I have all other paper work done perfectly

>>> This would not be a cause of rejection or disqualification but they can seek explanation from you.
