I have a baby boy who i added later on after my application was recived to UK office under FSW. Now on medical form i have picture of mine , my wife and my elder son who is 3 now but my new born picture is not on the medical form who is only 08 months now. What to do now. Should i need to contact London office as every thing else looks fine on that form the file number and all other related information.

Get a picture for the child and add it to it's medical form.

Dear PMM,

Thanks for your reply. Problem is on rest of the family pictures on the medical  forms there is an immigration seal whereas there is no seal nor any picture of that baby's medical form. I am getting very worried as i have to get back to LHC within 60 days. I have send query to LHC but their response is extremly slow.

Not an expert in this matter, but in my opinion infants change too much during their first year so a photograph is not an accurate identification for them.

Rather than mailing London CHC,  call your DMP first. He may have experience on this matter. So if its a mistake by CHC you can call them and ask for correction.

If its a standard procedure than you can go ahead with your medicals.

Dear Nano thanks for your reply. LHC is not taking any calls in any query, only mode of communication is web form which i have applied . As time is very important i have to return all these with in 60 days and if LHC dont respond on time my case can go in jeopardy. Any one has any contact number where i can speak to  LHC . I agree with you that babies do change their features alot but some thing should have been mentioned on the form. what about seal that is not appearing on his form.
