Dears,

I was requested to send my passports for Visa stamping.

Since the mailing service in my home country is not reliable, I always use professional courriers such as DHL or Fedex to send documents to CHC.

I will be using DHL or FEDEX to send my passports to the embassy, I want to ask people that havce experience in this, can I use a professional courrier to pick up my passports from the embassy using prepaid courrier service, where I pay for the courrier but its picked up and shipped to me? is it a used procedure, did anyone do it before? does canadian embassies accept this, do they have it as a normal procedure?

In case yes, please provide details on how to request or ask the embassy that I want to use this method.

Thanks in advance.

You can send prepaid return envelope of the courier with your passport to your visa office. Check with the courier companies you preferred..
