 Hello! I have a question.
What are the difficulties of receiving PR Card if I do not show a permanent address in Canada upon my arrival. How can I get then my PR Card?

 Thanks  in advance

You can give them an address later when you have one.  If you leave Canada right away and can not give an address within 6 months of landing, you will have to fill out an application form and apply for a PR card when you come to Canada again to stay.

Thanks for your responce, Leon. I'm not going to leave Canada. I'm planning to stay at a hotel for 2 weeks then search a cheap apartment. After finding an apartment shall i just call them and tell my address and  that's all?

How DO you tell them your permanent address later? Go back to the airport where you were "processed" upon landing?

You can do it through CIC website or there is an 800 number you can call if your within Canada.

No, there is no 800 number.  It's either 1-888 or 1-613
