Dear pisces85

Note below:
1. Two latest photographs are required for each person
2. Write file number and name of each applicant on the back of each photograph
3. Photos must not be damaged or blemished
4. Do not staple, glue or pin photos rather paperclip or enclose in an envelope

PHOTO SPECIFICATION
1. Two photograph of each applicant
2. Show a full front view of person's head and shoulders, showing their full face centred in the middle of photo.
3. Have a plain white background
4. Be identical (black and white OR color) - produced from same untouched negative or exposed simultaneously by a split image or a multi lense camera
5. Be produced on a single weight matte paper
6. Measure between 25mm and 30mm (1" and 1 -1/5") from chin to crown
7. Have a finished size of 35mmx 45mm (1-3/8" and 1-3/4")

If u have difficulty in understanding above, take it to any recognize photographer, who themselves know about the above very well without being told.

gud luk
