Hi, I m about to send updated docs for me n my family.Can anyone guide me ,shd I glue the photos of me n my dependents at the spaces reserved at forms or just put them in separate small envelopes, after writing names,height , weight etc.

Paste one each photo in the specified columns. Extra copies can be put in an enveope and attach to the package.

Sorry your wrong, the photos are NOT to be attached.  to be sent in an envelope, with Name/DOB of the back on of one.  Some request each have the name on the back.  Read the local instructions for the office where you are applying.

all photos in a single envelope. the back of one photo of each family member should have name, height, eye color.

the envelope should be labelled with the principal applicant's name and date of birth.
