I have written my Name, DOB and Signature on the back of my photos that were sent to the VO London. I  would like to know if any of you did the same or something similar and received your 2nd AOR after that

cheers

I think you will get the 2nd AOR because it is not a big mistake. But you will be asked to send again photographs.
Signatures and date of birth is not required at the back of photographs.
On the back of one photo of each member write name of person, his/her height and eye colour. 4 photos of each member [included in the application]. Put photos in sealed envelope and write name and date of birth of principle applicant outside envelope. Staple the envelope on top of application form, be watchful that photos should not be stapled.
