Photo's for Medical and Appendix A?

Ok so on appendix A (Outland from the USA) it says we need 4 photo's but when I called the Dr to set up the Medical exam they said to bring in the filled in Appendix C and 4 photo's so my question is do we need 8 photo's then or are they the same 4 photo's?  Also we have 3 children but we are sending in for their citizenship cards so do we need to have the 4 photo's for each of them and also me, the sponsor, or just for my husband who is the one that is being sponsored?  Thanks

Just 4. And just of your husband. Go to any place that does passport photos and give them the paper that explains how to take the photos for PR. They will be able to do it for you.
