Hello,
 i would like to ask that if i need to send photos  of each member in my family. My wife sponsoring only to me and im the only person will go canada. do i still send my family members photos?

Also, i live in new york currently for 5 yrs and im out of status.( my tourist visa expired long time ago)
should i send my application to my home country office or can i just send it to Buffalo office?

Hope someone can give me answers for these problems.

You do NOT need to send pictures for all your family members...only you.
Also note that when you say family, it's your wife and children according to the spousal application.

The application says you can apply in the country you are residing, provided you are lawfully admitted for atleast an yr. I believe this explains that ou have to file it in your country of citizenship since you do not currently have any status in the US.
