Are digital photos accepted, or just photos from negative ? Experts please advise

Digital pictures are accepted.
But they must conform to the rules.

Analog or digital, does not matter.
Size and specs must meet the rules. face should be bigger.

digital photos are accepted
but the above link is for photos for visa and not for immigration. immigration photos are different from visa
