Photograph question. Urgent help needed.

Hi Friends,
I will be sending my application soon to Buffalo, NY.
I know that I have to write the name, DOB, Height and color of the eyes at the back of ONE photo for each of the family members and I must also supply 4 photograps for each of the family member.

Can any one confirm, if I have to paste a photograph for each of the family member on PAGE 2 of "APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA (IMM 0008)" in the provision provided?  Or do I have to just include 4 photographs for each person and put all of them in an envelope, without pasting any photograph on "APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA (IMM 0008)"?

I am not sure about the rule, but when I sent I pasted on form and includes 4 photos in full document pack.

No, you don't past them on the form, you put them loosely in an envelope.

You do not paste it on. it will be done by CIC which is why you need to ensure that your details are correctly written on the back of the photos.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Supply six (6) photos for each member of your family and yourself. Follow the instructions provided in section How to Complete the Forms of the application guide and in Appendix B: Photo Specifications.
On the back of each photograph, write the name and of birth of the person who appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken.

Check this on the VO requirement for India only DOB and Name are required
