PHOTOCOPIED DOCUMENTS WHO SIGNS????????

Can anyone help ............do  all document that are photocopied have to be certified by a comm of the oath

NO. Plain photocopies are fine.

However, if a document is not in either English or French, then you should provide a photocopy with a certified translation into English or French.
