PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS FOR P/R CARD.

It is always reported on the forum that many people especially working in Gulf countries do their landing formalities and return back only to permanently move to Canada after a year or more.
Many report about the photos they submitted were rejected . I would be very glad if people who got their P/R card adhered to the photo specifications given in the Link I am posting especially having a date on the photos.
