The 8 photos I need for my spouse, does it need to be stamped by a photographer? It doesn't specify on Appendix B. I noticed on IM0008 family members photos, it says pictures taken within 6months and dated.

I am only sponsoring my wife and there is no family members but I just wanted to know if the photographer still needs to stamp her 8 pictures.

In some countries they do stamp the date whether you like it or not.
The guide says write the name of applicant and DOB in 2 pictures ( as in India guide ) so follow your countries guide and what they require.
All the very best.

In China, most photographer doesn't stamp the photo for their customers.  So most often, I have to do write the dates and other info myself.

You can date them yourself if they are not stamped. It doesn't matter who dates them unless the guide says otherwise.
