Needed to know if the photo on the Medical, passport and the 6 that I need to send along with the appication need to all be the same?

what passport photos?
and no for the medical any regular photo works,but for the immigration u should go exactly by the instructions

What I meant was the medical photo and the one in the passport are the same but the ones for immigration are different due to the size being different. Is that ok?

Yes is ok Immigration pics are in different size that the ones on your passport.
