so called me last week and asked me some questions
so i asked the women who called is my application is ready
she told me we start processing your file were in the first step
plzz if anybody knowas whats the next step  is it the medical exam ? and after how many time ill get it

my e-cas still  ( We received your application for permanent residence on January 27, 2011. )
there are many people theire e-case changed to your application was sent to beirut

to me nothing changed

Usuallay you get your medical requests after you get the line " Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February XX, 20XX"" in your e-case status.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July XX, 20XX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on FebruaryXX, 20XX.
