Could any1 let me know how much time the CIC takes to return the file after a case is rejected. My application was rejected on April 31st, 2011. I haven't received my documents yet. Where shall i contact?

Hi - at which point was your application rejected? If it was rejected after the completeness check, you will get your full documents back in 2 to 3 months probably. If it was rejected at the eligibility review, or at the visa office, you will not get any documents back - since they keep the full documents for their records in case the rejection is appealed etc. I must admit I was surprised when I heard about this, but it does seem to be the case. i new to this forum. i have done Bachelors of pharmacy and i'm having 1 year and 8 months exp. in marketing. i'm planning to apply for quebec skilled migration. i want to know is marketing exp. is eligible for the same ? even i have cleared ielts with 6.5 now preparing for French.

was it rejection or incomplete if incomplete they returned it on the very next day they have received it bt if its rejected thn I heard they will return olny application fee not application package i8t ususllay takes 6weeks to b returned depend ur postal system as they send it through normal mail |

Miss u a lot buddy. How was your vacation ?
I am very surprised to see that today only 4 days left and still No one is having his visa under the belt.
And only 10 days left for the new list which may or may not include Pharmacist.
I am sooooooooo Depressed of this vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvery slow pace of Canadian Embassy.
Till day I thought Canadian people work professionally and follow rules setups but its so long
that they even issued in process to many ones like me.
What to say more....................GOD BLESS US ALL>

plz guide me with the proceedure how can i make an appeal at what address since i have got NER but it is a mistake by cio that they did not consider my degree enough as a proof for the education |
