here is next what i did in column 5 of schedule 3 economic:
1- tick on english.
2- tick on high for speak.
3- tick on moderate for listening.
4- tick on moderate for reading.
5- tick on high for writing.
6- tick on none for all french part.
for my wife's background i signed this application and she didn't put her signature in any application.

again thanks for your nice reply.
i just reviewed the old posts and i noted that someone said that his application has been returned back to him from CIO because his wife didn't sign the application!
i signed my wife's application and she didn't sign any papers. am i was correct or not as i applied by my self and there is nothing saying in application guide that my wife has to sign any application?
another thing i noticed that you asked another applicant whether he wrote his IELTS results in 0008 generic or not.
i didn't write my IELTS results in any of application papers as they didn't ask for. what i did is submitting my original IELTS results dated 4th of Oct 2010. am i right or not?
thanks alot for your appreciated support. i'll keep you and everyone here updated about my application status once i have any update.
hey I did the mistakes not signing the shedule1 and additional fam form by my spouse so my application was returned to me after 1month 8days,this form must b 2copies 1for u 1 for ur spouse |

What is your IELTS SCORE , post each band section vise ? What module you took ? Gen or Academic ? it does not matter if you have sign. instead of your wife . Regards, Mayank dear mayank.

IT IS REALLY A VERY BAD NEWS!
I DID 2 COPIES OF BOTH SCHEDULE 1 AND ADDITIONAL FAMILY, ONE I FILLED MY INFO AND 2ND ONE I FILLED MY WIFE'S INFO.
THEN I SIGNED ALL 4 APPLICATIONS OF SCHEDULE 1 AND ADDITIONAL FAMILY.
DID YOU MAKE THE SAME THING? PLEASE ADVISE.

if u sent two set of form one for u 1 for ur souse thn no prb bt 1ly 1set only for u it wl b returned,that happened to me when I applied at 17th january,there was a coer leter from cio tht my form was inomplete and my spouse form missing that was highlighted by yelllow mercury pen.i got it back after 1month 8ays.after Correction y mistakes I applied again 24th march.my noc 3113 |

no i did only 1set only for me.u did 1 right thing 2set of each form.but in ur spouse form did u signed by ur name or u spouse name,remember there is one space left which must b signed latter infront of canadian officials so try to teach ur spouse the sign u gave for er |

Thanks for your good wish. What i suggest you to wait for couple of days as you should get PER email in 30-40 days from 10 march. Again if possible contact your bank to know the status of your BD.
