I got letter for medical, RPRF and PPR. My question is that they asked to submit 5 photographs and a negative. I have photos that I have submitted with my apllication in month of september and I have a negative of same photo. So is it eligible or not because it is more than 6 months old or I have to take new photoes and negative of same?

DEAR Mayank.
CONGRATS FOR PER MY DEAR.
I'M NEW HERE AND I WANT YOUR ADVISE.
I SENT MY FILE ON 5TH-3 AND I MADE BD ON 3RD-3 AND DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON SAME DAY (3RD-3) AND STILL DEDUCTED AND APPLICATION RECEIVED BY CIC AT 10TH-3.
I AM APPLYING FROM KUWAIT AND VO IS LONDON.
WHEN YOU EXPECT I'LL HAVE A REPLY? DO YOU THINK I MADE THE CAP OR I MISSED TO SUBMIT BE4 CAP REACHED?
HOW CIC USUALLY INFORM APPLICANT WITH THEIR RESULTS IS IT BY EMAIL OR REGULAR MAIL?
WHAT IS E-CAS AND HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY APPLICATION STATUS?
I'M SORRY FOR ALL THESE QUESTIONS BUT I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT.
AGAIN CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOU AND EVERYONE. WISH THE BEST FOR ALLZZZ

Dear MAHERZAD,

Thanks for your Good Wish to me.

Well CAP reached the limit on 15 March. Your file was received by CIO on 10 March. So there are chance but not sure.

CIO will revert to you via email. Also i advise you to check the encasement status of your BD . CIO takes max. 15 days to encash bd  if application passed completeness check.

So contact your Bank to know it.

Good Luck.

Regards,
Mayank

Hello Mayank:

I got the email from CIO but unfortunately my application has been turned down  Sad

This is what they say

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker.  I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.  Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 3131 - Pharmacist.  Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC.  As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 3131 - Pharmacist.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.

Note: Any reference to work experience in a NOC code other than those identified by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010 is not assessed for eligibility under Ministerial Instructions.

Your application, therefore, does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions."

Actually my experience is of Pharmaceutical sales. In the description of Pharmacist : 3131, under the heading of Industrial Pharmacist they have mentioned the following line

"Promote pharmaceutical products to health professionals"

I thought this makes me qualify for this category.

Just wanted to ask you that is there any way i can talk to these guys about this description. Atleast other people could benefit from it.

Anyways thnx for you support. It was a short period here in this forum but it really is like a family out here helping one other. I wish our whole world turns in such a family. All the best and gud luck everybody.

Regards

Amir

2. How can we prepare for it ?
3. Are they call to our employers or not ?
4. Inquiry is compulsory to all candidate ?
