They will further reduce the occupations and change the point system to make it difficult for MI4 applicants. Thanks to the 1 million backlog cases. CIC sucks!
I STILL CANT BELIEVE THE FACT.Iam depressed to hear the truth about 3131 capping .I think its not worth to apply again in 2012 as there are no clear set rules for canada immigration.My consultant is still saying the misleading news that cap is not reached.It because of base less cap system set by CIC giving scope for false immigration consultants to play foul game making their customers SCAPE GOATSSSSSSSSS.

these cosultants are misleading their customers and cic website is helpfull for these consultants to mislead. |

CIC website is very helpfull to the consultants to mislead their customers , a number of consultants are still receiving applications of those NOC which have caped in september or october due to CIC website is not showing exact figures, so beaware of these consultants. thanks

Hi Anwar, jist want to know, you fild on your own or through the consultant I also recieved my application back..... All pharmacist who have applied after 31st august 2011..... Gear up to apply in 2012 again.... Sooner or later all of us will get our application back.

Do CIC update its received status online after the application are checked and payment encashed.
Can we get any update about the files from any source.

I am very disappointed with CIC web-site updations and I cant believe such kind of lack of responsibility from such a big organization and Govt of canada...

I am also a 3131 applicant and disappointed with the cap updations. I wish if some of us could bring it to the notice of canada immigration minister or some other concerned authority so that it wont happen in coming years. |

Though my application has fallen in time but I do understand the the pain of you all guys. As many things we would have sacrificed for Canada...It is really hectic to collect all the documents and get everything done..! When Its a broken dream..its so painful..! But Its not end its just a bend......!! for a new beginning..!
