Dear, Yes what you said is right. But there are two cases here, 1. When your file is reviewed at VO stage and found ineligible, your Decision made will be rejection. 2. Once you passed VO eligibility, you will receive Medial requests. Then your Decision made depends on your medical result. Either approved or rejected. Hope this clarifies. canada plus Respected Sir/Madam, I have a bit of confusion here. You said that decision made status comes after the medical is done,right? and if everything has gone smoother one will receive the visa if not then rejected. As far as I know one receives medical only when he/she is qualified for the immigration right or wrong? My intention is purely to understand the steps of immigration process and I don't have much knowledge so hope you can help me to understand. Sincere thanks for your all replies.  |

i just received this mail from LONDON VO,( b4 that they asked me to submit new updated PCC for myself n my spouse in jul, 11. which i already submit to LONDON VO on 16- 08-2011)
Dear Sir,
Please be advised that in order for us to add your new child to the application, please send us the documents listed below:
- $150CAD as processing fee
- Copy of birth certificate and copy of the passport of the new baby
- Updated IMM8, IMM5406
- passport photos of the new baby
Your file is currently undergoing basckground checks. We will contact you once that is completed.

You can ask your employer to give you a salary certificate on the letterhead of the organization you are working for.
That will do for sure.

Today I got a call from embassy and guess what ? we collected our pass port with immigrant visa affixed, with a validity of 11 months. I am so happy guys, the final lap was super and exciting. It's like I feel when my team scores and shout goalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.
