Sir i had gone through the PEBC website over there i came across the lines mentioned below or Canadian Citizenship Card
• or Statutory Declaration + supporting documentsCould you please guide me regarding that ? what exactly i need to submit..? is PER letter is enough ? Thank you..  No these are the proofs required to ascertain your age and qualifications...PER has nothing to do with PEBC document evaluation.. Regards Nona |

we might hav fall in CAP (it was 380 when we applied). so tnx fr the information.
Huv to confirm that CIC received our application apart frm courrier guys.
checklist says if we can't able to produce the documnts during application filing, Documents lacking explanation can be given with supportive docs. so we applied without 2 docs. is it req to send the docs. now only or can i send afrt AOR (bcs i don't hav any identification).

Yes need to send a copy of your degree ,copies of marks sheets and official transcripts from university. Your birth certificate ,good standing certificate from Registering Authority ( state pharmacy council)...in case you dont have birth certificate then u need to send two documents (driving license, passport or voters ID) showing DOB. Please remember that all the documents need to be notarized before sending.... Good Luck Nona |
