3) WHEN FILLING MY 2 SONS AS DEPENDANTS, THEY ARE ASKIN FOR THEIR PASSPORT NUMBER. MY 2 SONS DON'T HAVE PASSPORT FOR EACH BUT BOTH ARE ADDED IN THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT. WHAT SHOULD I WRITE IN THEIR PASSPORT NUMBER, THE NUMBER OF THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT OR NA OR WHAT?

Yes, you can prepare for exam from Dubai but you should write the exam either in London or in Canada only(visitors visa)
You need to get certificates and degree evaluated and then appear for the evaluating exam before you can sit for the qualifying exam.
The website offers study material also. There is scope for software engineers in Canada. Your wife should be able to find a suitable job of her career once you both are in Canada.

Please check this. It only has learning resources but not material. I did see some learning tutorials available in the month of may and june 2011. It is possible that they have them again before the next EE exam which is in Jan 2012. You should keep checking the website at frequent intervals.

If you can read and write in English, I will and most members on this forum will suggest you that you should prepare your application yourself. A lot of people had a bad experience with consultants. Members in this forum will help you in every step of your application preparation as well. If you become a licensed pharmacist in Canada, you may earn twice the amonut as you earn today.

I gor the PER on 30th March 2011
my file reached New delhi visa office on 21st April
after that my status is still RB :(VO.

Dont now how much long will it take.
