If they are considering to deduct property mortgage as liabilities then I think they will consider its evaluation as proof of fund at initial stage but while coming to Canada it must be in liquid form  I may be wrong but thats just my opinion. |

She is not having the Birth certificate... now befor 1.5 month i hv applied for it... i m supposed to bring a court order for the same.. so it is being delayed due to govt court lengthy procedure... Any suggestions ?? |

Well, I had the same situation. I got 1. a Proof of birth certificate from Consular general of India as we live in USA 2.Parents affidavit about date and place of birth 3. 10th class certificate. I clearly mentioned in the cover letter that I was unable to provide the birth certificate and that above are the replacement documents I am providing. This is the best I could think of. I do not know if CIC will consider my application complete. I can only wait and watch. I have atleast heard of one case where buffalo vo has asked the applicant for birth certificate during the in process stage if not at the start. If you have your application ready, I suggest you to send it asap with the replacement documents rather than wait for the cap to be full. It is better to send them now than wait for it and not make it into the cap. Use your logic. I can send you the format for parents affidavit if you want. Good luck! |

What Happens Next
The table below represents the phases of the assessment and processing.
Completeness check
Citizenship and Immigration Canada reviews your application to make sure that:
•all required fields in your application forms are complete,
•all required documents are submitted from Document Checklist (IMM 5612), and
•the correct processing fee payment has been made
If your application is:
•incomplete or;
•the occupation you are applying under has reached the allowable limit under category 1,
your entire package (including your payment) will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it is being returned.
Eligibility Review
An officer will make an final determination of eligibility of your application to determine whether:
•your application qualifies for processing under one of the two categories described in the Ministerial Instructions
If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:
•provides the reason why your application is not eligible for processing
•confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued
Selection and Admissibility
If your application is eligible for processing, your application will be assessed against the following requirements:
•minimal requirements
•selection factors
•sufficient funds
•admissibility (criminality, security, medical)
•If your score is equal to or greater than the pass mark, your application will be sent to the visa office for further processing.
I think this means that it is not neccessary that cc bd be enchashed so may application been accepted and fall within cap without charging process what's your opinion ?

Can you confirm this. I do not think CIC accepts land evaluation statement. They always want available cash- balance, fixed deposits or recurring deposits.
