Dear Mayank: My Agent in Canada sent my application to the CIC on 2/12/2010 under the NOC 3131, but he didn't receive anything till now, So are they going to check my application , or they still open the pending applications before Dec 2010, and if they will not accept my application, did they send it back to my agent and when  |

Here is your check point to see the status of your application. What is the mode of your payment to CIC ? If its Bank Draft : Then it must be encashed till now . Check with your bank if you made it on your own. or if done by consultant then get details on it. If it is Credit Card: then see your statement. If it get encashed or CC is charged then no need to worry. CIC will issue AOR/PER in 120 days of your application to CIO. I do not want to talk on negative side..just check this ..let me know the status here... Dear Mayank:
I did the bank draft by myself in Scotia Bank so when I called the bank yesterday they said that they don't know if the bank draft is cashed or not and when I send to the main branch of the bank in Canada they reply::
( In order to track the Bank Draft in question, please directly contact the local bank who issued the draft .In case the latter is not willing to assist you, the only way for you to know whether or not it has been cashed is though the beneficiary of the draft.))

Its sad...that your local branch is not supporting you. Now i this position..3 options you have: (1) Wait till 120 days from the date when CIO received your file. They will issue PER via email to email id filed in IMM0008 GEN form. (2) Request your bank & make his understand the importance of it. (3) Go for online enq. to CIO & ask them the status your application. By the way what is your consultant is saying on it. Regards, Mayank Dear Mayank:

hi friendss
i am a pharmacist and i applied to canada migration
i sent my papers and it was recieved by CIC on 16th FEB , and i was submitted under lowyer and he wrote his cc number and on 23rd FEb he told me via e mail that my money was enchashed , i am very suspecious as may be it is the money of someone else as alot of people are applying through him so how can i check? if somebody has an answer please give it me

Late night i got reply from SBI Toronto regarding my BD status.
BD got encashed on 25 Feb. Same day when my e-cas first changed .

CAP limit is for the applications who passed completeness check. Not on AOR. Regards, Mayank the CAP limit 1000 is for the completed applications or it is for the applications which received the AOR?
