thanks nona :-) as per my undertanding we have to submit the PCC in original along with the all the documents during initial application, does CIC may ask again as well ? |

you are right my dear friend.. one of my friend had applied on sep 8, 2011 and the package received on 14 sept, 2011 yesterday he got his package along with the DD back with an additional letter stating that the cap has been reached before you applied. I STILL CANT BELIEVE THE FACT.Iam depressed to hear the truth about 3131 capping .I think its not worth to apply again in 2012 as there are no clear set rules for canada immigration.My consultant is still saying the misleading news that cap is not reached.It because of base less cap system set by CIC giving scope for false immigration consultants to play foul game making their customers SCAPE GOATSSSSSSSSS. |
