If your file didn't make to the cap, you will receive back your document along with the fee payment in 3 months time from the date of your application. Certainly, we can't say pharmcist will reappear among the NOC list in 2012 but there is a high probability as there is a shortage of pharmacists in most provinces of Canada.

Hi guys.., I am new to this forum.. they received my application by August 30, 2011, but I didn't get any reply as of yet neither through courier nor e-mail.. just 2 days ago, i sent an enquiry mail and didn't get any reply for that also.. What would possibly happened to my application? Does anybody know anything? Pls help me in this regard and if you could lemme know the CIC e-mail ID for my clarification...

Hi guys.., I am new to this forum.. they received my application by August 30, 2011, but I didn't get any reply as of yet neither through courier nor e-mail.. just 2 days ago, i sent an enquiry mail and didn't get any reply for that also.. What would possibly happened to my application? Does anybody know anything? Pls help me in this regard and if you could lemme know the CIC e-mail ID for my clarification...

Dude nothing to worry about..for me it was 8 days remaining in completion of three months by the time i received the first confirmation from CIO...!! so not a matter to worry..i heard it takes almost 90-100 days..!!  |

Hi muralivig, Did you pay your fee by dd or credit card. If you paid by dd, you may have to wait until you receive your elgibility review (PER/NER) email from CIO. You will be in. Please update us when you receive your update. Meanwhile, pls check the Spreadsheet in the link below. Let me know if you would like to be added to that sheet. Good Luck! |

Thanks! im just hoping and praying that my application will fall in the cap. Would you know if how long will they return my application and notify me if ever my application did not reach the cap? Is there also a chance that NOC 3131 will be included again in the 29 categories for 2012?
About 2-3 months to return the application. Not sure about 2012. There could also be a complete moratorium on the FSW like they did with the business class during MI3 release and parents and grandparents family class very recently. It is only my guess beause right now CIC's priority is to reduce the backlog. |

guys.... one of my friend submitted his application which reached CIO on Wednesday, Nov 16th.
Although CIC shows 491 app till now, but we understand that, that's not real time figure....
Is there any chance for an application which was reached on 16th Nov?
