Dear farrukh many thanks for your response ..... will you please explain what is PER ....i am relatively new on this site and don't have much idea about all terminology used by CIC or blog member...... one more thing is... i am from India ...does it contribute for so long time required for AOR.. you may receive PER with file number within one week.

Thanks Nikhil. Actually am in New York and it takes time to get all documents from India. It was diwali and so couriers gettin delayed. Anyways I ll sent an explaination for it and for TEF exam I can attach my confirmation email for exam.. And mark result awaited. Apart from this I have all docs ready. And one more question is that do my application comes in cap as soon as it reaches CIO sydney? or does it count when they charge me and accept the application?  Thanks once again Nikhil.... But I think without Language test result they will not be able to count your points and there will be chances of rejection due to incomplete application.. Nikhil |

Dear sorry to say that but without English test score they will not consider your application ....still hope for the best But I think without Language test result they will not be able to count your points and there will be chances of rejection due to incomplete application..

I am about to send my application for noc 3131 tom. I ave all my docs ready except tef result, pcc from fbi and pcc from india. Already applied for it but waiting. Also work experience letter is about to reach me in next week. But as application number already plunged to 402, I want to send my application tomorow itself. How could i send rest of my documents to cio? I mean is there any number or particular thing i should mention when i send rest of my docs in two weeks?? Please guide. Thanks to all
Its mandatory to send test score with your application.Otherwise it will be considered as incomplete and returned. But PCC can be submitted later when your file will be sent to your Visa Office and your Visa Office will send you a request for it and will give you some time to send it. And if work experience is not accompanying your application then you will not be awarded points for experience and once application sent they will not accept new documents until your file is sent to your Visa Office. |

I applied under category-3131 ....my docs reached at Sydney on 10th august ....almost 2 months and 22 days elapsed ....still waiting for AOR (file number) ....
can anyone tell their experience about time required to generate file number ......
kindly share your experience or suggestions....
CIO issued a PER yesterday of 4th August applicant so your turn will come by next week. All the best. |

you have to wait for 1 to 3 months .... till you get file number or PER. PER means positive eligibility review .......... in my case i got file number after 2.5 months ........hoping best for u ....hope u get file number soon b4 cap reached Hi
