hi dear asali,,,

my file received on october 11,one week after yours, hope all luck for all,,,, but as in the spread sheet, we shouldn't expect to hear anything before 2-3 months, as in the SS average of 60days required for fees to be encashed,,, so our first challenge is that our applications to be counted within the cap....

what about points? if u have 67 without 2.5 yrs exp, I think u should go for it. but if 2.5 yrs. is mandatory to get 67 points, then u have to wait. CIO wants the full application package. nothing can be added later if not asked by CIO/ VO.

Thank you for sharing, here are the points that I have calculated
Education: Master's or PhD and at least 17 years of full time study = 25 points
English/French: English only = 16 points
Work Experience: 1 year = 15 points
Age: 21-49 = 10 points
Arranged employment: none = 0 points
Adaptability: A Spouse with a master's degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time studies = 5 points
Relatives in Canada (spouse) = 5 points

Total with just 1 year of experience = 76 points

With 2 years of work experience = 76 + 2 = 78 points

So yes, I agree with you, I should just go ahead and apply with just 1 year of experience. However, what bothers me a lot is the fact that on the new check list, IMM5621 (09-2011), it states that "if your application lacks any of the documents listed in this checklist, it will be returned to you..."

I will still list my first job as a pharmacist and will provide as much evidence as possible that I was hired to work as a pharmacist and I have requested HR to give me the job description of a pharmacist. She said she can do it but can only mail out documents within the US so I will have to wait for my friend to send the documents to me and I am just so afraid that I will not make it to the cap by then. So I am just debating whether I should just send it with my own job description for the first job?

This is my second try after first attempt of failure to provide enough evidence of work experience in July 2011. If you don't try again, you will never know.

congrates,that youlanded safely.

at the same time i have a question about the wording on DD,i have made it from UNB abu dhabi.
i dont remeber the exact words but the dealing officer told me that they had already made for other applicants.
but i guess the words like dd for immigration department of canada,is that ok
other wise what can be the impact as i have applied with application recieved on 16 august and my noc is 3131.
i have relatives in canada can they help me out in the situation,if  its problematic.
in advance thanks and waiting for your worthy words.
