I applied for immigration in September.............  my application was received on 15th september.......  is there anybody who can tell me how many days will it take for AOR and PER........ the current applications as of 11 october are 287......is it the current figure or 2-3 months back figure..... bcoz somebody told me there is a difference of 2-3 months from the current date

to get PER/1st AOR, you have to wait maximum 90 working days, IMO. another indication of falling within the Cap may be the en-cashed bank draft. but, if your application received in 15 Sep. I think you are safe.

just wait and there's nothing u can do except praying.

MY application was received on July29,2011 by Miller and my BD was encashed on Oct, 13.

Dear frnds, i want to know one thing. are there any points for distance education if anyone has done 20hrs/week study. means they recognize distance education or not

BD encashment do not ensures PER.

you have to wait till you get the PER e-mail from CIO.

when completeness check is done (which takes about 2 weeks from day the file received), is this mean the the file will be counted within the cap, or i will b counted in cap when fees en-cashed (which takes additional 2 months)..

I think they en-cash your Bank DD only when they check the completeness of the forms filled and check list of the accompanying documents.
