Hello,

I have a valid PGWP. I'm back in my country which is not a visa exempt one, so I need to request a TRV to re-enter Canada. What reasons should I state? I work mostly free-lance in Canada. How can this be justified? I would appreciate any input.

Thanks in advance.

Anyone? Can I apply for TRV with a valid job offer? Would a letter from some of the people I freelance for do in this case? Please let me know.

Is this correct?

'Part time and self-employment situations are covered under this provision'
Op-12, page 29

If so, what documents should I attach to my TRV application?
