I was issued a 3 year PGWP after graudating in 2009. It is valid until Oct 2012. Soon after receiving my PGWP, I applied for and received a multiple entry TRV also valid until Oct 2012.
I exited Canada in Feb 2010 and returned to my home country.

Can I return to Canada right now without a job offer in hand and with the intention to seek employment once I reach there?
