Dear Friends
I am going to submit my full application to New Delhi.
Regarding proof of funds, can I show my PF (with employer) and PPF (in bank) as sttlementment funds? I have deposited most of my savings in PF and PPF as interest on these is tax free. Kindly advise.

hi..

Acc to my consultant you can submit, ppf as well as pf from job as proof. Also certain insurance policies (children plans, pension etc) from private insurance companies are also accepted, except life insurance policy and LIC policies.

Though it is reliable info but please do confirm from someone, as even I intend to take a second opinion too. Better safe than sorry Smiley

Thanks nvr for sharing information. I think we may have to get mentioned on the statement of PF/PPF, how much withdrawl is possible from these accounts.
