He's referring to CIC...not you...
And if there is a problem...or problems...have they ever heard of a little thing called COMMUNICATION! It's inexcusable...especially because on their website they preach about doing their best to reunite families...more like, doing their best to separate families!!!
Absolutely, I was wrong before...I have now realized what's going on...pathetic! They best get their affairs in order...we, the customers, have done our parts...we've spent hours preparing what they request, the least they could do is get things sorted out and do what they state on their website!
