Hi,
I have to visit India urgently by end August. I just applied to the Vancouver American Embassy to get a visa enter Seattle, because I have a single entry visa. I need to change it to a multiple one before I leave, because the Canadian Embassy in India might not give me a visa to come back. I hold a student visa till December 31 2012. Now the situation is >
1. The wait time for American Embassy in Vancouver is 61 days.
2. Will it be faster if I mail my application to the Seattle office ?
