Hello All,

Thank you for this great forum, that I'm sure helped a lot of people to immigrate for many years.

I have a question regarding the personal History.

I was studying at University from 2003-2009, during that time I was the head of the exchange program at my university. So I traveled to more than 25 different countries to meet other students and make contracts with them to study at my university for couple of months. Do I have to mention every single country I visited? Most of my visits were not more than 3 days? or should I just mention that I was studying in university from 2003-2009.

If yes, apparently the space that's provided is not enough for all of the places that I visited, so should I attach a separate sheet of paper? or to print the same paper again and fill the table again?

I've just started to gather the information for my application, and I would really appreciate it for any available help.

Cheers,
Dr. Elasa

Thank you for your response.

Within the visa office checklist I found a table requires every single country I traveled to during the past 10 years.

Is it ok if I write:
2003-2009 studying, school..etc
2009-present working, hospital name... etc

and to attach this table with the personal history? I think it's easier for them to understand what I was doing in a chronological order this way.

What do you think? your advice is really appreciated.

Make sure that if you refer to another sheet of paper, the extra sheet really needs to have a reference back to the original form.

So if you put a header on the extra page, include your name, the original form number and the question number that you are answering, you will make the VO's job easier.

Hi cut85,

Better write the list of countries u visited in past 10 years rather than just writing 2003-2009 studying, school..etc
you can attach an extra sheet of paper if necessary.Refer the Note section next to Be Complete and Accuratehttp://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG74.asp

Note: If you need more space for any section, use an extra sheet of paper on which you have indicated the number and/or letter of the section you are completing and submit it along with your application

All the Best
