perquisites

so am going to canada(family case) in a month or so hopefully..

i want to study there..
here i am +2 pass am currently doing bcom 2nd year..
i dont wana do commerce in canada..i am interested in computers..
i want to take information technology..
since am going to bc..i guess kwantlen is good for me..
i know a lot about computers and i know some c# as well..i know i can do it...

am going there on permanent basis..i looked at perquisites and i am confused..will i get admission there?
is ilets necessary even if i am going on permanent basis?
