MY WIFE AND ME ARE NOT ON TALKING TERMS AT ALL but NOT divorced yet.
LAST YEAR MY WIFE LEFT FOR BACK HOME IN SOUTH EAST ASIA in July 2010. At that time she was permament resident of Canada and her PR Card was to be renewed by Oct. first week, 2011. We have been staying at this address for last four and half years. I never get any letter from Candian Govt. for her renewal of PR card...WHY? I got a letter 8 months back for her health card renewal only.
I want to know what is happening behind, did she get her PR card renewed from being outside of Canada. I am more than 100% sure that she did not visited Canada and is still in back home after her departure...
I never filed her tax returns as well. My concern is that why CIC haven't send a letter for renewal of PR? DID Canadian High commssion stop CIC in Canada not to send letter to our address in canada because my wife requested them. I don't know and i am very puzzle.
Please help......
1. CIC doesn't send out renewal notices for PR cards, it is up to the person to apply for them.
2. If she did, it isn't any of your business as you are separated and she is an adult.
