Do you meet the requirements of the Canada Experience Class?

HI, if you apply for PR under FSW, PNP or CEC, you need some sort of recomendations from your company. i mean i have been working for the company for 3 years and its kind of permanent job but there is no gurantee that i am hired for rest of my life. i renew my work contract every year. most of companies  can not say that. however, you need some support from your company to prove you are capable or valuable. when you apply for PR, you should have those recomendations such as cover letter, wrok contract, your superviser's recomendation,..etc.
