Does anyone know what is required (if any) for a Thai citizen, whom holds a Canadian permanent resident visa, to enter into the USA by land or air? She has been living in Canada continuously since July 2009.

They need to apply for a visitors visa to US, they will be treated like any Thai citizen dosen't matter if this person is a PR
