Did anyone land in July got PR cards. Please share here.

Landed May 21, 2011 in Toronto : 3 of us. Provided a Canada address.
Got a magic jack, configured with Canada number.  Got the SIN and drivers license within
2 weeks. Returned to India after 3 weeks.
Kept track of the Cards by calling using magic jack.
Call center agent told me cards were dispatched July 18, recd the cards at the Canadian address only on Aug1!!
And just 2 cards.  The PR card for our 2 yr old daughter was all ready to be issued but wasn't for some reason that the agent didn't know of.  So now we r waiting for her PR card to reach our friend in Canada.

Dear. U need to carry and prove that u have funds, at the time of landing, as per immigration standards. If u declare less than what is required, may result in denial by IO to allow u entering Canada.

U need to prove that u have required funds, as declared which may not be cross checked but if verfication is done, u will be in trouble.

u dont even need to cash draft. just send through post to back home nd cancel it. however ask any ur associate to have it prepared frm his acc so cancelation gets easy.

Hi Guys;
Still no news about our PR cards  Sad. I sent my address via fax the second day of my landing on 25th June. Before few weeks , I send an address notification just to make sure they have my mailing address and the fax that I sent was not lost. After almost 40 business days from the day of landing, my address on online application status still shows the old address. Does this address usually change when they process the PR cards. I mean is the change of address an indicator that the PR cards are being processed. Please share your experience.
