To qualify to apply for PR in Saskatchewan, you first have to complete your certificate/degree/diploma and then you must complete six months of work in Saskatchewan.

Hi,

Only two facts which most likely make Saskatchewan PNP for International graduates attractive (at least on papers).

1. The 6 months mandatory work experience includes On-Campus, Off-Campus, Co-op and Internship work experience in Saskatchewan.

2. For Master and Ph.D graduates; no need to have any job offer. Still NOT clear enough, if Master includes "Master Certificate program".
