Can any one please advice me as i did my medicals in August and have paid my permanent residency fees.I understand it takes 2 to 3 months before one will get a reply from them asking for my passport.I am thinking of adding my girl friend to the application but advice i have read on this website suggests is better to first land in Canada before sponsoring her. Would CIC ask me for new proof of funds when i marry her? What is the possibility of her PR been issued with 3 months of application in London Please.

Girlfriend can not become a part of application till you marry her.  You can sponsor your wife once you land in Canada. No income source  is required to be shown for sponsoring spouse.

Thank you for your advise, i was thinking of marrying her and then add add her to the application. On a second thought, i think it might delay the application, so i am likely going to land and they marry her in order to sponsor her.  Is this a good idea?

Are you living with your girlfriend?  If you are living together for 12 months or more, you are considered a common law couple and if that is the case, you must add her to your application.  If not, then it's up to you if you marry now and add her or marry later and sponsor her.
