You dont have to write anything for "Name of bank " or "City". The Bank that you would go to for making a Draft will automatically add the details.

Ok Thanks.

Pls let me know about work experience matter and visa office specific instruction.

1. For work experience:- i have one query on work experience.

My query is regarding about> Applicant doesn't qualified if we look at to the current NOC listed i.e 29 eligible occupation. but his past work experience found in listed NOC categories. then shall we recommend to proceed for applying?

For example, person did MBA and having total work exp is 6 years. Now recently working as a Admin Manager since last 2 years. but previously he had worked as a Finance Manager for 4 years. and if we found Finance Manager category on NOC then is he eligible for applying for that category? or it should be match with current NOC and current designation.
According to me, i have read somewhere that work exp. should be match with current NOC listed within last 10 years from the date of application submission. is it like that? just for the confirmation.

2. Visa office specific instruction:- What is New Delhi visa office specific instruction? is it same as document checklist?
We need to check also and attached while applying New Delhi visa office specific instruction to CIO?
what is it all about pls tell.. and request u to provide cic link on specified new delhi visa office specific instruction.

3. What is CHC?

Thanks

Mitali mam,
1. It's still little bit confusing. because i also came to know that DD payable should mention at "Bank of Montreal". but as there is no specification regarding bank name and place on cic site. what to do? don't know..
2. As u said earlier we can apply without PCC and VO will be asked to submit in origional formate. i agree with u as it is mention this on cic site. but heard that need to submit photo copy of PCC with your initial application and need to send origional as VO will required on later stage. pls let me know.

Thank u so much.

Ya exactly,
but i mean to ask if someone is having 6 years ex. and currently working in x field since last 2 years and this x field is not listed on NOC, but before that he had worked for 4 years in y field which is listed in NOC category.
so shall we apply on the basis of y field which is his past work exp and it's listed on current NOC??

I have one query regarding forms.

In document checklist it is clearly mention all the details but don't get to know one thing.
In Schedule A Background declaration(IMM 5669) and Additional family information(IMM 5406) they says these forms must be completed by applicant and it's dependent (whether they are accompanying or not).

Now my query is if spouce(dependent) will not go for apply for PR. Only husband (Principal applicant) will apply. then above mention forms need to be incl. with application because it says must be completed whether they are accompanying or not.

Pls let me clear on this.

Hi Mitali,

Is there any specific standard rules for job duties and responsibilities mention for all 29 eligible NOC categories? and that standard duties should be match with applicant's duties which he/she has done.

Likewise in 1 category CIC have some standard roles & responsibilities. and they 've mention around 7-8 points and applicant duties partialy matched with standard one i.e around 5-6 points. Is it like that??
