Dear Sir/Mam

I intend to apply for Permanent Residence for Canada. Im facing small problem while filling the Application Form (IIM 0008) and would appreciate if anybody could please advise me on the same.

The pages of my old passport were consumed so after issuance of new passport, the first page of my old passport was marked as cancelled.

My work visa was stamped on my old passport prior to the cancellation and after landing in toronto the Immigration Official attached work permit on my old passport.

On Permanent Residence Application Form (IIM 0008), there is column for filling up only one passport no. so please confirm which Passport No (Old or New) should be filled.

Thanks
